According to labelling laws covering organically grown products, on this wine can carry the words "organic wine”. Like all Barone Pizzini wines , this is the result of choosing working methods , from vineyards to cellar, that are aimed at guaranteeing superior wine quality and keeping intact all the characteristics that uncontaminated nature can give grapes. All Barone Pizzini vineyards in Franciacorta, Tuscany (Poderi di Ghiaccioforte) and in the Marches (Pievalta) are certified as complyng with organic-growing regulations.
